Artworks that made a impression or impact on me-

Peter Sedgley's Polarity in 1966.
I thought this piece was really cool, it stood out to me over any of the others in the section.

Julio Le Parc's Serie in 1970.

This piece is my favorite that I saw at the gallery. My eyes could not resist the colors.

Artworks I felt a connection with-

Francis Celentano's Gamma in 1970.
I felt a connection with this piece because of the blend of colors. I love objects or things that blend into different colors.

Angela Bulloch's Chain A.
This piece was fun to watch. The squares of colors diffuse into different colors every couple seconds. I think its so fun to have lights that change colors.

Artworks I would like to know more about-

Jesus Rafael Soto's Wood- Iron Rods in 1964

This piece was really interesting. I wonder how he made it have an illusion and look like a 3D image.

Pablo Picasso's Harlequin in 1935.
I thought Picasso's piece was really interesting to look at. I did not understand what the meaning behind it is. Or what it may stand for.

  1. Looking through your images was really cool because I found that we used a few of the same ones. I liked that you had a connection with those images, even though we had different ways on how they effected us, it was nice to see that they made an impact of others as well.
